Asynchronous Video: The Best Use of Time

Platforms are now starting to understand that employers' time is valuable. So letting employers record asynchronous video introducing themselves that can be played over and over again is the most efficient use of time. In fact, by watching the video, candidates may decide the position isn't the right fit for them. And in that case, both candidates and employers will have saved themselves an entire 20+ minute meeting or call. As such, asynchronous video, in which introductions are recorded once rather than spoken repeatedly to each candidate, seems like the best use of everyone's time.
