Video Casting for Videos

This past Friday we shot a series of videos for Ziggeo's site. It reminded me how useful Ziggeo can be as a casting tool. Actors can record/upload videos of themselves that are automatically submitted directly to you. From your private dashboard, you can easily see who would make a good fit -- or at least ones worthy of an in-person audition.

Each of the actors in this commercial submitted a video.

Not only could we see folks like the fellow with the handlebar mustache -- we could also easily judge their personalities (we asked each to do an impersonation).

And with Ziggeo's media management dashboard and open source recruitment tool, their videos and information are neatly organized and presented. And from there, they can easily be rated, tagged, and approved.
