Recruitment Still a Major Use Case for Ziggeo
A number of recruitment platforms have integrated Ziggeo's technology to make it easy for videos to be recorded from any device (including mobile) and directly submitted to their platform.
We've seen a number of different use cases for recruitment platforms:
- Candidates record videos for employers to view
- Employers record videos for candidates to view
- Video messages exchanged between candidates and employers in response to a particular position
On-Boarding with Ziggeo
Companies are now using Ziggeo to train new employees and improve retention.
How does it work? With Ziggeo, employees can easily record videos practicing their sales pitches and submit them directly for employers to review. Once employers give feedback, employees can re-record their videos (in fact, they can re-record as many times as they like), and then submit videos again for further comments.
Indeed, certain companies are asking their star employees to record videos of e.g. sales pitches so that newer employees can study them and record practice videos based not the star employees' videos.
And with Ziggeo, you can set the recording time so that employees can nail pitches within the time allotted (e.g. 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 2 minutes, etc.)
